At IMS - Cloud, we don’t require long-term commitments from our customers. You can scale your services up or down at any time.
- For monthly servers, you will prepay for your chosen server configuration at the time of creation. If you make any upgrades mid-cycle, a prorated amount will be applied for the remaining time.
- If you choose to terminate a monthly server, you will be charged for the current month, but there will be no additional charges once the server is canceled at the start of the new billing cycle.
- For hourly servers, charges depend on whether the server is powered on or off. You can terminate an hourly server at any time without incurring further charges.
